Five stages.
No improvisation.

Every instruction follows the same disciplined sequence. The work is mostly invisible to the other side — which is rather the point.

    Brief

    We meet — in person or online, whatever works best for you. We define the objective, the options, and your negotiation parameters-beyond which you will calmly walk away. We set all the agreed elements out in a bespoke contract for your peace of mind.

    Intelligence

    We gather any required evidence, including that held by other professionals: recent transactions, planning history, known issues and the position of other parties.

  3. 3

    Strategy

    A written plan: your opening position, anticipated competition or issues, terms for negotiation, and the conditions under which we may need to change tack.

    Negotiation

    We conduct the conversation. You see as much or as little detail as you agree- in writing or via your preferred communication channel. No surprises, no dramatics, no unauthorised concessions.

  5. 5

    Exchange

    We coordinate all communications on your behalf to achieve a synchronised exchange and completion, defending the agreed terms against any late renegotiation attempts, whichever side you are on.

Our undertaking

We will not take an instruction where we cannot provide you extra value. If, after the first meeting, we believe you are better served walking through the process alone — we will tell you, and there is no fee. We will always advise what is best for you.
